Organize Tasks
The sidebar is your command center for seeing what needs to happen across all your projects without jumping between them one by one.
In Tasks you have multiple ways where you can organize your views, just how you prefer it.
Tasks has Filters, Smart Lists, and Folders.
Filters
Filters are predefined views that are always available at the top of your sidebar. All shows every task across all your projects. Late surfaces anything overdue so nothing slips through. Today shows everything due today. Scheduled lists upcoming tasks that have a date assigned.
You can tap the + icon on the home screen to choose which filters you want visible, and hide the ones you do not need.


Smart Lists
Smart Lists are the most powerful way to stay on top of your work. They work as dynamic filters you define yourself. Want to see all high priority tasks assigned to you across every project? That is a Smart List. Want to see every Blog task due this week? Also a Smart List.
To create one, tap the + icon and select Smart List. Give it a name, set your conditions, and it will live in your sidebar, always up to date.
Folders
Folders let you group your projects and Smart Lists together. As your workspace grows, folders keep the sidebar tidy and easy to navigate. You can even nest folders within folders.


A popular way to use them is to create an Archived folder at the bottom and move old projects into it to keep things clean without deleting anything.
