Some tasks never really go away. Weekly groceries, monthly rent, daily vitamins. Instead of recreating them every time, set them to repeat automatically.

Recurring tasks in Tasks let you set up any task to repeat on a schedule - daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or a fully custom interval. Just set a date on your task, tap Repeat, and pick a frequency.

Natural language makes it easy

Type "Buy groceries every Saturday" and Tasks picks up the date for you. No extra taps required.

Custom recurrence for full control

Need something more specific? Custom recurrence lets you choose whether the next task is based on the scheduled date or the completion date, set the frequency, and define the interval.

For example, "Water the plants again 5 days after I last watered them" works perfectly with completion-based recurrence. Fixed-cadence tasks like a Monday grocery run work better with scheduled date.

It just works

Once you complete a recurring task, Tasks automatically creates the next occurrence. Your grocery run will be waiting for you next Saturday without you lifting a finger.
